"For a 4 star hotel I expected a bath and a safe in the room. I had to ask for extra pillows 3 times! Expensive for what turned out to be a rather basic room. £20 for breakfast per person is extortionate. Do yourself a favour and pop to Garfunkels, a couple of doors down." (107293497)

Great location Nice room Comfortable bed

No bath No safe in room Road noise No restaurant

    "Good." (97986435)

Courtesy and knowledge of staff and the size and cleanliness of both the room and the exercise facilities.

Only complaint is that the shower was way too small, and there was no tub.

"Very good indeed. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Excellent value for money." (97151250)

Location, location, location! Very convenient for all central sights and shopping. Smallish rooms but very well appointed with nice bed linen & spotless, up to date bathrooms. Very helpful staff. Furniture & furnishings stylish and smart.

Not bad points really but be aware that rooms are small & bathroom is tiny with shower only. (But shower is big!) At time of our visit, there was no restaurant or bar. (Not a problem for us with Convent Garden just down the road!)

"The hotel provides drinking water on all levels and also has a snack bar on one level. The location was amazing, right beside buckingham palace and leicester square. Lots of great restaurants in the area. You could control the temperature in the rooms and they were really clean and fresh. Internet facility in all rooms meant we could look up attractions in the area." (97703758)

The décor was beautiful and really tasteful.

    Nothing, it was lovely.

"Good hotel for a short stay in Central London. " (97492089)

Great central location. Perfect for a business traveller.

Studio with kitchenette was the only choice for 2 adults and 1 child. Queen bed too small for 2 adults.

"Would have liked to have known there was no restaurant facilities in the hotel" (97959997)

Comfortable room with good continental breakfast

Room temperature was too cold and the heating system didn't seem to work. Were provided with a fan heater in the end.

"Well located hotel, with impressive entrance. At the moment only a room only establishment, but I believe this is being up graded. The room was very good, comfortable bed, good tv and excellent shower." (97144303)

    Good sized comfortable room

Clean, perfect location, friendly staff, they gave me a room with a view of big ben etc for no extra cost

they dont do continental breakfasts in the room, very odd i think for what seems such a nice hotel. many places very close to eat though. also the facility for the mp3 player didnt work, selection of music on the tv system though. room also smaller than shown in the pictures and the smallest wardrobe in the world...almost pointless!

Location The size of the room The comfort of the bed.The ckeck out time. The facility to leave your bags for a few hours after checking out for a small fee.

Room was cold even after change of setting of the room thermostate and a useless electric heater that swithed it self off every other minute. The shower had not been cleaned properly, long black hairs on the shower basin. We asked for some extra pillows, they never arrived.

"Great hotel in a great location for the theatre. There is not bar/restaurant in the hotel and I am sure that the website mentioned that there was! Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Checking out at midday is also a bonus so was the ice and cooled water that is situated outside the rooms for customer use." (99607560)

A very modern comfortable room - small but adequate
