Everything we needed here. Very comfortable room. Great service from friendly staff. Full tasty English breakfast provided and lovely well tended gardens for our dog to exercise in. Great stay at a good price. Many thanks.
A haven of peace and tranquility, this traditional English country house is in a unique rural setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a 60 acre lake, yet only 12 miles from historic Chester.

This hotel is very beautiful without being ostentatious. The dining room is classically elegant as are all the communal areas. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bed amazing!
The Park Royal is set in Stretton, just off the M56 Motorway and within 40 minutes' drive of the cities of Chester and Liverpool. It features a health club and 3 floodlit tennis courts.

Stayed overnight at Wall Hill Farm - delightful place and as comfortable as we could ask for.
Visited the Anderton Boat lift the following day (11mins drive). Superb experience! British innovation at its best. The centre was perfectly run, the coffee was a dream and the 1hr+ boat trip was wonderful, made all the better by the knowledgeable and entertaining commentary. Thank you to all of you for sharing your passion

Lovely place to stay.
Lovely place to stay. The breakfast was delicious and really wanted the recipe for the beetroot hummus. Very friendly staff and easy to get a taxi (recommended by hotel) to the venue we were visiting.
Thankyou

Didn't go into Northwich but surrounding area lovely.
Didn't go into Northwich but surrounding area lovely. Easy to get to. Very handy for motorway. Good access. Good facilities. People we met really friendly and helpful. Had lovely lunch at Arabica.
You'd think it was a family business for how its run. Staff really welcoming friendly and massively helpful. As in really helpful, everyone one of them.
Food was great, the room spacious, comfortable with a luxurious bed and large bathroom.
I had made a cock-up on my booking (wrong date) but they sorted it out when really they didn't really have to - will always be grateful for that.
In essence I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the place, the people, the room, everything - and they also have free parking!
We stayed for a family wedding which was held locally. Upon arrival we were welcomed promptly and efficiently. Our (family) room was very large and nicely set up for us. The radio was playing in the room which was a nice touch. The room was very stylish, spacious and comfortable. The only couple of negatives were that the bathroom although very clean and modern could have done with an upgrade to match the standard of the room. The breakfast staff could also have been more attentive.
Nice, cosy property easy access to all of Cheshire attractions. The heading in our room wasn’t working upon arrival, but the owner quickly sorted this issue. I put the heating on and we went for a walk. Upon return the room was roasting. A few tweeks, and we had a very comfortable night.
Sadly, I’m not a big breakfast type of person, which is a shame because the breakfast reviews here are excellent.
I’d certainly come back. Thank you!
Beautiful hotel with lovely fixtures, fittings & soft furnishings in a great location. All members of staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Beautifully presented room with great facilities & lovely extra touches such as bath robes, good crockery & filbert's nuts! Plenty of parking & great bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again. Recommended!
WORST HOTEL I've seen at in 30 yrs. I left immediately after check-in.Place stinks of damp and mould. Dingy corridors ad dismal 1970s decor in crumbling building.Building deserted .No staff ,except guy who comes when you ring a mobile number. No food, no bar.I was the only car in the car park and I'm not surprised.AVOID this place like the plague.
Beautiful hotel in a stunning location the facilities were amazing and the bed so comfy, I arrived early in the hope I could check in early and get ready for a wedding, my room key was waiting for me at midday which was a huge help. Unfortunately we overslept and missed the breakfast however friends said it was lovely
The hotel was beautifully clean and the rooms were tastefully furnished.
It felt very high-end.
It is twice/three times as nice as the well-known nearest chain rival and all the better for being away from the busy dual carriageway. It is really well-located yet still lovely and quiet.
Everything was excellent the management and staff were outstanding and very helpful and always had subjections on things to do and help with our transportations to our next destination. I would stay Hartford Hall anytime and highly recommend it to anyone.
They were unable to provide any food for breakfast. The bar was not available at any time. The reception was not staffed . The hotel was run down and very expensive for what was on offer.would not recommend it anybody.
It was well placed for Northwich. It was private as it was away from the main house. The bed was comfortable. The owners were pleasant. The breakfast was Spartan but tasty and filling, especially the home laid eggs.
The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet enabling us to get a good night's sleep. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff. We would certainly visit again when next in the area.
The entire stay was a delight. We have tried numerous hotels in the vicinity, but Wall Hill Farm ticked all the boxes for us. A very pleasant and relaxing stay indeed.
