Situated in Glasgow’s vibrant West End, Albion Hotel has colourful bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. Just 20 minutes’ walk from Glasgow centre, the hotel offers cooked breakfasts and period features. It was a unique spot great for walking around town, through the park and to the museums.

The hotel is at a great location, the room is very spacious, bed is comfortable and very clean. They serve good tea in the mornings with breakfast. Next rime in Glasgow we will definitely stay here.

When we arrived, the property was very beautiful with a lot of great artworks and decorations. It was clean and comfortable, and we felt really happy and lucky. However, just a little later, we found that the freezer was covered in ice and unusable, the stovetop was not working, and later discovered the washing machine was full of clothes. I tried to contact the management, but they responded very late and told me they will send someone over to look the next day. And we were checking out the next day. It was really disappointing and unprofessional.

Spacious and extremely comfortable. Property has a high finish. The owner is extremely responsive and very helpful.

Our host Mark was exceptionally proactive and always available. Apartment was very well maintained and was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up with all basic requirements, which was a pleasant surprise to us. WIFI was good. Netflix was operational on the TV.

I can only recommend this property to anyone staying in Glasgow.

Glasgow Youth Hostel offers 4-star VisitScotland accredited accommodation in a Victorian townhouse overlooking Kelvingrove Park in Glasgow’s lively West End, close to award-winning Kelvingrove Art... Wonderful staff and an amazing area of Glasgow to experience. We had room 310 with the best view over the city. Also so good being able to cook our own meals.
