Quietly situated within 15 acres of ancient woodland, the YHA Brecon Beacons is in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Dating back to the 19th century, this farmhouse hostel has access to scenic countryside walks and overlooks the River Tarell, towards Y Gyrn. Quiet, peaceful, cosy place to stay, very clean and tidy. Great to act as a station to explore Beacons Brecon area. Bus T4 from Merthyr Tydfil Bus Station will take you directly to the hostel in 20 minutes. Please refer to Stagecoach website and check the bus time, the service runs between Brecon and it's very reliable. Awesome place, fantastic people, wonderful nature. Would love to try the pod for the next stay!
