Excellent hosts!! Very cosy and clean rooms, the breakfast was delicious... Location was just perfect. The hosts were very accommodating with any requests we had and very helpful. One of the best B&Bs we have been to. We will definitely be coming again..Thank you for the hospitality.

So atmospheric and perfect for catching up with reading and writing letters, postcards etc. Staff were lovely and as enamored of the buildings history and heritage as we were. It was a very very restful place for us to stay after what was quite a challenging time (funeral)

Ideally situated in the New Forest, close to the small town of Lyndhurst, this friendly hotel is set back from the road and offers quality accommodation at affordable prices. The location is really convenient as we were moving around by bike and it's really close to the train station but also to the little village and the forest. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Everything is clean, and the place is very quiet and relaxing. The food was really good as well.
