My room was facing the harbour and my timing was perfect as aI saw the cruise ship come and go. The hotel is very close to the town central so a very convenient location. Breakfast foods was freshly prepared. Throughout the hotel the staff were friendly and eager to please the guest. I particularly liked the extra touch of hats for the guest, the delivery of a fruit basket upon arrival and the hand deliver of an afternoon "cookie pack". I am a very satisfied customer!

For a hotel parking that costs 12 euros per day, they will let you park on a nearby street at a cost of half a euro per hour, this is better because most of the day you travel the island by car.

Beautiful and relaxing stay in the Azores. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and super clean, and included cot bed for our toddler. Onsite facilities were good including kid room. Restaurant food was good quality and well presented, both for dinner and breakfast. Bar was really nice and service excellent. Heated pool in the banana house was great! My partner used the spa and was very impressed with the massage she received. Also able to take the bus into Ponta Delgada, bus stop only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Quick journey and very cheap cost.

We absolutely loved our stay- from a beautiful room, with a private plunge pool and view on the ocean, to delicious food in the onsite restaurant, to lovely spa treatments and friendly & professional staff. 100% recommended if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life.

A Sul Villas & Spa – Azores étteremmel, szabadtéri medencével, bárral és kerttel várja vendégeit Lagoában. The property was lovely and the Prime Villa is the way to go. The apartment is on top of the main building with a spectacular, unobstructed view. We enjoyed the hot tub and resting on the lounge chairs. The unit was extremely clean and housekeeping came daily. The breakfast was wonderful - yes, it's the same menu every day but there are so many choices that you don't get bored. Plus, they serve fresh muffins every morning that are varied each day. The smoothies also change each day. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. A wonderful stay.
