Boasting a bar and a shared lounge, ProfilHotels Halmstad Plaza is set in Halmstad, 1.6 km from Västra Stranden Beach. The hotel is not one of the cheapest, so the expectations were high. But this was really a high class package. One part of it is that the hotel is brand new, but everything in the room was well thought and the overall atmosphere was of high quality. For me personally, as a great friend of trains, the view to the railway station was an extra bonus.

Offering free WiFi, Liahof is situated in Ullared. At the hotel, all rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and have access to shared bathroom facilities. Guests can use the sofas in the shared lounge. It was very peaceful. Sleept like a rock in the very comfortable bed.

300 metres from Varberg’s seafront, this modernised hotel with a stylish Cuban theme offers a roof-top terrace and free WiFi. Hotell Havanna also has a cigar saloon and bar serving a variety of rums. This is a cool Hotel in Cuba style, here you can relax with a good cigar and sip on a tasty Rom. The staff is very helpful and nice, parking is free just outside. The breakfast buffet was very good and the diner at the restaurant was delicious. Close to city Center and the sea, perfect for a nice weekend. We will be back,

Situated right by Skrea Beach, Ocean Hotel offers free WiFi and sauna access. All rooms at Ocean Hotel include a minibar, an electric kettle and a flat tv-screen. Excellent room and was very happy to have the bathtub, robes. View to the ocean was lovely. Bicycle parking was easy.

With a peaceful, yet central location in the coastal town of Falkenberg, Nya Pallas Hotel offers a lush garden. The rooms feature a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Clean and comfortable family suite (60m2) with lovely garden and good location in Falkenberg. Good beds and able to open windows to get in the fresh air. Great staff. Breakfast basic but delicious.

Situated 3 km from Varberg, this waterfront hotel offers sophisticated accommodation with an on-site luxurious bookable spa. Lovely room overlooking the sea. Facilities were excellent. Staff were most welcoming, food was delicious both evening meal and breakfast. The spa was amazing, but the sauna ritual followed by the dip in the sea was exceptionally magical! We were greeted like friends, treated like honoured guests and altogether made to feel very welcome. I can’t wait to come back.

Hotell Gästis is located in an 18th century building in Varberg, 400 metres from the Central Station. It offers rooms with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV and free wired internet access. Hotell Gästis is the best hotel I've ever been to.
